Yes, your mailboxes are created on a domain. If you already own one, you can use it and we will show you the DNS records to add, or set them for you if the domain is registered with us. If you do not have a domain yet, you can register one during checkout and everything is connected automatically.

As many as you need. Each plan is priced per mailbox per month, so you choose how many you want at checkout and can add or remove mailboxes at any time from your client area. Aliases such as sales@ and info@ that deliver to an existing mailbox are free and do not count as extra mailboxes.

Yes. Every mailbox works with any standard email app over IMAP and SMTP, including Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail on Android and Mail on iPhone. Your sent items, folders and read status stay in sync across every device, and there is a fast webmail for when you are away from your own computer.

Yes, and it is free. After you sign up, open a ticket with the login details for your current mailboxes and our team copies every message and folder to your new account. We can time the switch so no email is lost, and most migrations are finished within a day.

Every incoming message is scanned before it is delivered. Spam is moved to a Junk folder you can review, and messages carrying malware or dangerous attachments are blocked. Outgoing mail is signed with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your messages arrive in the inbox rather than the spam folder of the people you write to.

Deleted messages first go to the Trash folder, where you can restore them yourself. On top of that, every mailbox is backed up daily and backups are kept for 30 days, so our support team can restore a message, a folder or a whole mailbox if you need it.

Yes. You can move to a larger plan at any time from your client area and only pay the difference for the rest of your billing term. You can also add more mailboxes or downgrade at your next renewal.

Plans are priced per mailbox per month and billed monthly, yearly or every four years; longer terms are cheaper and paid up front. Plans renew at the regular price at the end of the term unless you cancel, and we send reminders before every renewal. If the service is not right for you, contact us within the first 30 days for a full refund.
